We stand behind the quality of all QUANTENO products. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with the following details: your name and contact number, invoice or purchase reference, product name and batch number, and a description or photograph of the issue.

Returns and replacements are subject to inspection and verification. Products that have been opened, partially used, or stored improperly are not eligible for return unless the defect is attributable to manufacturing.

The following items are not eligible for return or replacement: products purchased more than 7 days ago, products with broken seals or tampered packaging (unless defective on receipt), products that have been mixed, diluted, or applied, and products damaged due to improper storage by the buyer.

QUANTENO products are dispatched from Delhi. Delivery timelines depend on the destination and logistics partner. Typical delivery time within Delhi NCR is 2–3 working days; for other states, 5–7 working days.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. For bulk or institutional orders, special delivery arrangements may be made.

As per the Insecticides Act, 1968, certain pesticide products may be subject to state-level restrictions on transport and sale. MADHURI / QUANTENO complies with all applicable regulations. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the products they purchase are permitted for use in their state.
